Dogs Dinner Cats Meow: A little taste of whats to come...

dogs dinner cats meow: Illustration students have teamed up with the RSPCA at the Tap Gallery to create a series of diverse and unique works celebrating our animal friends. The exhibition “Dogs Dinner Cats Meow” will showcase original artworks from 32 first and second year Illustration students featuring dogs, cats and other animals. These powerful, moving, humorous and quirky portrayals go on display from August 2nd, and occupy both levels of the Tap Gallery on Palmer Street in Darlinghurst. Encompassing a wide variety of styles and media, the exhibition will include sculpture, drawing, painting, collage and mixed media pieces. In addition to the sale of original artworks, framed prints and a variety of other merchandise (such as mugs, gift cards and soft toys) designed by students will be available for purchase on opening night and for the duration of the exhibition.
